Starting a new design needs your Q-CONNECT product’s code—and if you don’t know it, the site lets you manually choose the product to generate one. Saved designs, on the other hand, can only be stored for a limited time. Q-Designer’s interface is simplistic and straightforward. You can find basic graphic tools on it, such as a text maker and a shape tool, and you can even paste an image. That’s as far as it goes, though, since it’s meant for labels and not anything complicated that should be slapped onto an office supply item.

Compared to other online and free design software, Q-Designer may seem to pale in comparison.
